Returns
We want you to love what you wear. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Must include original tags and packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at brandedflameapparel@outlook.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us to arrange an exchange if inventory allows.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
